What can you expect at our services

Evening Prayer: From the Book of Common Prayer this is a gentle service with a short addrerss. This service is led by our Reader, Richard Woodfin, or a member of our congregation if Richard is unavailable. A beautiful traditional service.

Holy Communion: From Common Worship, at this service we will sing hymns (from an iPad and speaker as our pipe organ has a family of mice living in it). We will listen to the Bible and have a short sermon, we pray for the needs of the world and our community. The service lasts about 50 mins and we enjoy tea/coffee and biscuits afterwards. We offer an open table so anyone is welcome to receive Holy Communion.

Morning Prayer: From Common Worship. At this service you can listen to the Bible and hear a short sermon, we pray for the needs of the world, our community and ourselves.

Service@4: This is where it gets exciting, we never know what we will get. It’s usually either a Celtic service of Holy Communion, or Holy Communiion in the style of Taize. SOmetimes we listen to music and reflect, me may use a Labyrinth or some other prayer tool. It is always a quiet reflective service.

You are always welcome at our services.
